VENDORS WANTED FOR A ONE-TIME COMMUNITY RECOVERY MISSION

Ottawa Strong: After the Storm Community Recovery Benefit Concert is preparing for launch on September 1, 2026, at Britannia Park, Ottawa.

Mission Control is officially opening Vendor Deployment for qualified food, beverage, dessert, community and merchandise vendors.

This is a one-time community recovery mission created in response to the July 1 flooding.

This is not a conventional festival vendor opportunity.

It is a 12-hour immersive media production built around the experience of Living and Working on the Moon, bringing together community, entertainment, technology, sustainability and professional media production.

Vendors are not simply purchasing space. They are joining the mission.

ONE EVENT. ONE STORM. ONE MISSION.

Ottawa Strong is a one-time response to the July 1 flooding.

There is no current plan for a recurring festival series.

The September 1 production is designed to bring Ottawa residents together through entertainment, community engagement, technology, sustainability and professional media production while supporting the broader recovery mission.

The event is intended to create a complete journey:

EARTH → MOON → EARTH

Guests enter the mission, experience a functioning lunar community, and ultimately return to Earth through the closing phase of the production.

Vendors are an important part of making that environment believable.

MISSION CONTROL MESSAGE

"We are looking for businesses that are ready to go—not businesses that are still preparing to participate. If you are ready to bring your products, your people and your creativity to the Moon, Mission Control wants to hear from you."
